风语河岸柳

星期天，老大做了小鸡炖蘑菇，说是小鸡，其实只买了鸡翅和鸡腿~。放了三颗干红椒和一点生抽，味道非常好，汤汁很浓稠，不知道怎么做的？

如果说，我不是一个吃货，那又是什么呢？

烤一次裂一次的芝士蛋糕。
还是6寸活底模，150度烤了差不多一个小时，下面二分之一的部分还是有点湿。
芝士蛋糕做了很多次，第一次放图，也用的是新方子，250g的cream cheese、15ml的新鲜柠檬汁和25g低粉。仍然是水浴法，不过直接在烤盘里倒的开水。
有柠檬的清甜香气，想不想试试~？

大概是因为有了男朋友后做饭几率大增的缘故，最近倒真没怎么做蛋糕，最后一次的西点还是11月份的苹果派。

不过，对西点热情依旧，只是一直觉得无难度的中餐也燃起了一点兴趣，或者试试复杂菜式也不错？

周末在家煲了一罐羊肉汤，膻味倒是没有，但是羊肉好像也没怎么进味儿。

但是吃的人说味道非常好，而且，莫名其妙把会煲汤加到优点一项。

好吧，既然说是优点……不过为嘛大家都不把做蛋糕当优点呢？？都是吃的嘛~。

总之，吃的人有热情，做的人也会有热情啦~。

PS. W同学做饭也不错，在我们还没有在一起时他曾经做过一碗鲫鱼汤，虽然没有吃鲫鱼，但汤的味道足够鲜美，给十分~：）。

其实只是想到了27号，感觉有什么事情被忘掉了。
正像两年前我大半夜的忽然想起他入伍一样，想起这个时候他应该已经退役了。
